We offer services such as candidate sourcing, screening, and placement in permanent positions. * Non-Guarantee of Placement: While we strive to match candidates with suitable opportunities, we do not guarantee job placement for candidates or the hiring of candidates by clients. * Client and Candidate Obligations: Clients and candidates are required to provide accurate and truthful information throughout the recruitment process. Any misleading information may result in the termination of our services. 2. Payment Terms and Conditions Description: This section outlines the payment structure, terms, and conditions for clients who use your recruitment services. Terms: * Fee Structure: Our fees for recruitment services are outlined in the agreement provided to the client before commencing work. These fees may be based on a percentage of the candidate’s first-year salary, a flat fee, or another agreed-upon structure. * Payment Schedule: Payment is due within 7 days of the candidate’s start date or as otherwise specified in the client agreement. Failure to pay within the specified time frame may result in late fees and/or suspension of services. * Refund Policy: We offer a 4 week guarantee period. If the candidate leaves or is terminated for any reason within this period, a replacement candidate will be provided at no additional cost, or a partial/full refund will be issued as per the agreement. * Cancellation of Services: Either party may cancel the agreement with 3 days' notice. In such cases, any fees for services rendered up to the date of cancellation will be payable by the client. ---
